Extended the London Show for 12 weeks after continually selling out
CHALLENGES
- New immersive theatre show in London needed to get the word out for people to book tickets. - Had maxed out their email list and needed to reach new audiences to sell more tickets.
RESULTS
- Show extended multiple times as demand was so high. - Initially planned for 6 weeks but the total campaign lasted for 18. - 1,058 tickets sold. - 4.60x ROAS. - Sell out shows. - 1,800,000 impressions. - 2.80% CTR
Surpassed ticket sale targets by £10k for their brand new 16,500 event
CHALLENGES
- First ever concert series in London’s Battersea Park. - First event so struggled with content creation. - Highly competitive time of year over August bank holiday weekend. - Already preconceptions of who the event is for when we wanted to be inclusive and open to all.
RESULTS
- 16,500 tickets sold, £510,000 revenue plus 51.50x total ROAS and 6.5 tracked Meta ROAS. - CPA just 60pSmashed the revenue targets by £10k13% international audience over busy tourist weekend. - Increased awareness to the local audience that there’s an amazing event on their doorstep. - Encouraged international visitors in London to attend the festival as a key part of their visit to the capital.

CHALLENGES
- The show has always driven positive ROAS, but they were finding the same demographic of people were attending each year.
- Wanted the event to appeal to wider demographic of people, bringing in younger watersport fans and engaging families.

THE CHALLENGE
The team at Penguin assumed the headliner alone would drive ticket sales for this brand new book launch event but this had not happened and sales stalled after announcement.
Our goal
Bring back ticket sales urgency and momentum using a mix of lofi and high res creatives that spoke directly to our target market making this the go-to book launch of the year.

London venue sold out in 11 days of working with us 19,000+ live stream views of the event on YouTube.
